There when you need us

Every floor of your home will be checked thoroughly, your basement and garage, gates, exterior buildings and vehicles if desired, along with all walkways for safety purposes during the winter months. 

Each visit will include a check on all doors and windows, a visual inspection of each room, taps ran -- toilets flushed, water sourced appliances ran (we stay until quick cycle completed), air and venting, heating and cooling systems checked, sump-pump, water softener, including their backup or redundancy systems, security, remote monitoring confirmed in good working order, irrigation presets or run cycles inspected, plus any other special requirements or areas of concern.
